for starters; not to be mean, but how did you get ‘way’ from weigh… even when you spelt ‘weight’ correctly? hahahah anyways, i honestly don’t really know what i did. I’ve only just recently joined a gym and started basketball, but i don’t that’s the reason for my weight loss. and I still don’t eat as well as I could and should. but basically my aim is to exercise at the gym about 3-4 times a week, mainly doing cardio and some sit-ups, push-ups and light weight; plus basketball. also, you should try eating smaller portioned meals. breakfast should be the largest, and dinner the smallest. with a ‘recess’ snack, lunch and something after dinner. try to eat dinner earlier, you shouldn’t be eating anything after about 9pm. drink lots of water! you should be having about 30mls per kg you weigh each day. sometimes you eat when your body is trying to tell you your thirsty! those are the main things… and it’s what I’m trying to do haha hope that helps, let me know! :)
